Spam Filters in Hosting
If you get a hosting plan from our company and if you take advantage of our mail services, you will be able to activate spam filtering for any of the mailboxes that you set up from the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. With just a few clicks of the mouse, you can choose between 5 different levels of security. If you start receiving spam, you can begin with the lowest level and then gradually boost the level till you stop receiving spam. We make use of one of the best and most popular filters available called SpamAssassin. It ‘scans’ the header field and the body of each email that you receive and determines a spam score, based on which it either deletes a particular message or permits it to reach your inbox. The Hepsia Control Panel will also allow you to set up custom filters and either delete unasked-for email messages or forward them to a 3rd-party address like spam@domain.com where you can examine them again after that.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you reach the decision to use the email service that is offered with our Linux semi-dedicated servers, you can keep all unasked-for messages away from your mailbox by enabling the five-level anti-spam protection service that we provide with each semi-dedicated plan. This can be achieved through the feature-loaded Email Manager section of the Control Panel and we employ the powerful SpamAssassin spam filter to make sure that we provide the best possible security for our clients. You can have a different protection level for each mailbox and you can select if the filtered emails should be deleted or delivered to another mailbox where you can view them at a later point in time in order to ensure that you will not lose authentic emails. Switching to a different protection level or deactivating the anti-spam protection is also easy and takes a couple of mouse clicks.
