E-mail Forwarding in Hosting
If you have a hosting plan with our company and you set up an email address inside your account, you are able to forward it with only a few mouse clicks to another address of your choosing. The option can be activated whenever you make a new email address or at any time later and disabled just as easily in case you change your mind. This is done through the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you will control your account. In addition, you will have the option to decide whether a copy of the incoming e-mails will stay on our servers or not. The main benefit of this feature is that you will always have a backup on your server if something occurs with the other email address or if it is not active for some reason during the time an e-mail message is forwarded. In case the option is not active, an email will be received, forwarded and deleted from our system even if the remote email is operating or not, so it might be a wise decision for it to be enabled just to be prepared.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
For people with a semi-dedicated server through our company, it will take you only a few mouse clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward any of the e-mail addresses configured on our end to a third-party e-mail address. In the exact same section you will also have the ability to see how many of your email addresses are forwarded and where the inbound e-mails are sent. It is easy to enable or deactivate a forwarding account at any time and throughout the process you may as well decide if a copy of the e-mails should be kept on our servers or not. Even though this feature isn't a must have, it's very helpful since you will have a backup copy of the messages on our end just in case that something happens with the third-party email address. Even if they've got just a temporary problem, you risk losing e-mail messages as the moment our system gets and forwards a message, nothing at all will be stored on our end unless you selected a backup to be stored.
