Monitoring & Rebooting

Monitoring a virtual server is generally a tough duty. You either need to do the work on your own , in other words dedicate your time to looking after your Virtual Private Server, or, alternatively, you have to arrange a third–party solution whose sole job will be to watch over your VPS server. And that is exactly where our Managed Services deal can help you out. Thanks to it, your VPS will be entered in our own custom monitoring software system, which will keep track of all the critical processes. And in the event of any service crash, our system administrators will be warned momentarily and they will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Server is not the easiest thing on earth. You will either have to use another server or your desktop PC, or, alternatively resort to some 3rd–party software. We offer a considerably simpler and easier way with our Managed Services package. We’ll create a complete backup copy of your VPS every single week, so you never need to be worried about losing critical data. And we can always restore a backup really quickly. All our backups are saved on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to any part of your stored hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with an almost infinite number of options, you will often have to install additional software packages. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It is an essential part of our Managed Services deal, which permits you to call for any of our knowledgeable sysadmins to install and configure any software and to resolve any issue that you’re experiencing with your server.

Our Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an extra for the KVM VPS Servers.
